During Art classes Di not only works with classic techniques but also creativity.
By choosing Di’s Art classes for your child you’re also helping him develop mentally, socially, and emotionally. Art will boost your child’s ability to analyse and problem-solve.
As kids manipulate a paintbrush and learn different techniques their fine motor skills improve. By learning colors and color theory experiment with materials, they become more independent.
Di makes sure kids feel good while creating, by listening to classic relaxing music during each class. Art helps boost self-confidence and make them feel able to experiment and to make mistakes.
During art classes children learn to invent new ways of thinking, which extends well beyond the classroom. After each class children bring home a piece of art that they can proudly hang on the wall.
The classes are 90min long and are held in the Mornington, Co. Meath, 5 min from Drogheda Ireland, on Mondays and Wednesdays 17:30-19:00.
Classes are taught by Garda Vetted experienced Visual Artist.
Children Art Classes run in terms of 4 or 6 weeks in small groups with loads of 1to1 attention.
During our Art classes we cover:
- painting in acrylics
- watercolors
- drawing and sketching
Every child brings their own art materials and works on the project they choose.
